General sales conditions
Purpose and applicability of the GTC:
These General Conditions of Sale (hereinafter, the “GCS”) regulate the online sale of furniture and decoration products (hereinafter, the “Products”) made on the website https://naanfurniture.com/es (hereinafter, the “Website”).
The seller is the company Naan Furniture SL, whose registered office is located at Calle Antonio Ferrandis number 18 Esc. A 19, 46013, VALENCIA and VAT number: B40512733. The company is registered in the Mercantile Register of Valencia, Sheet V-182891 Volume 10525 Folio 161 (hereinafter “Naan Furniture”).
All orders placed on the Website are subject to these GCS. We reserve the right to modify these general terms and conditions at any time, the version of the GCS applicable to any transaction being the one that appears online on the Website at the time of the order. These T&Cs govern the online sale of Naan Furniture products to consumer purchasers (“User”).
The GTC are enforceable against the User provided that the User has checked a box provided for this purpose containing the words: “I have read and accept Naan Furniture's General Terms and Conditions of Sale” before placing any order. The User therefore acknowledges having read and expressly accepts them
Terms and conditions of sale:
The User certifies that he/she is of legal age and has full legal capacity to place an order on the site. If he/she is a minor, he/she undertakes to ensure that his/her legal representative has also given his/her consent to the purchase and guarantees Naan Furniture against any difficulties in this regard.
Period of validity of the offer:
Without prejudice to the provisions of specific legislation, offers by electronic means will be valid for the period set by Naan Furniture or, failing that, for as long as they remain accessible to Users
Products and availability:
Information about our products and processes is available on the Website. Minor discrepancies between the presentation and the actual products are not considered a defect in the products ordered. In particular, the colors, texture or grain of the products shown on your screen may differ from those of the actual product. We recommend that you refer to the description of the products and their characteristics as mentioned on the Website.
In the absence of any particular indication, the products are sold and delivered within the limits of available stocks. In case of exceptional unavailability of the ordered product after validation of the order, the item will be cancelled and you will be reimbursed as soon as possible.
Purchase Process:
The ordering process is subject to compliance with the procedure established by Naan Furniture, which consists of a series of steps to be followed to validate an order.
- Product selection: browse our Website and add the selected Products to your cart in the desired quantities and sizes.
- When you have all your Products added, start the checkout process by clicking on the “Checkout” button.
- Fill in your email address and check the appropriate box if you wish to subscribe to the newsletter.
- Fill in your delivery details
- Select your payment method
- In the order summary you will be able to add a “Discount code”, if any.
- Validate the order after verifying all the data (before clicking on the “Pay now” button you have to check the order details and its total price in order to correct possible errors before confirming it). Clicking on “Pay now” initiates the payment of the order, which gives access to the secure payment process.
- All confirmed orders are considered a binding purchase contract.
- An order confirmation e-mail will be sent to you.
- Invoices are issued only at the customer's request.
Verification of dimensions and access to the home:
It is the User's responsibility to verify the dimensions of the space in his or her home. By making a purchase through our Website, the User expressly acknowledges and agrees that it is the User's responsibility to ensure that the dimensions of the Product purchased are appropriate for the space where the User plans to place it.
Customized products cannot be returned, it is especially important that the User take all necessary measures to verify measurements and access prior to the formalization of the purchase.
Information on the measures of the products: The information on the measures of the products, is available in the data sheet of each of the products in the “dimensions and characteristics” section, in addition to the images.
Price, taxes and shipping costs:
All prices indicated on the Website are referenced in Euros and Dollars. To order a Product, you must pay the price (including applicable VAT), sales taxes and other taxes or charges, in particular import duties and taxes, if any, as well as shipping costs.
At the end of the purchase process, the User must choose the desired shipping method. The shipping costs will be detailed at the end of the purchase process and will be borne entirely by the User.
Prior to the acceptance of the order, the User may know the final price, breaking down, where appropriate, the amount of increases or discounts applied, as well as transport costs and taxes of the Spanish territory. Naan Furniture is not responsible for taxes or duties of other countries or other additional services.
Naan Furniture ships almost all over the world and shipping costs will be calculated during the purchase process and will depend on the destination, number of packages, etc.
Payment:
We accept payments by the following methods:
- Credit Card: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express and UnionPay.
- Google Pay
- Apple Pay
- Via Paypal
- By Alma
- By bank transfer.
Alma is a payment method that allows you to split your order in installments quickly and easily.
We have 4 options:
- D+15: The payment will be made after 15 days.
- 2x: Divide the payment in two payments, without any additional cost.
- 3x: Divide the payment into three payments, with no additional cost.
- 4x: Divides the payment into four payments, for a small fixed monthly fee that varies according to the amount.
This payment method is valid for VISA, Mastercard, American Express cards, with a validity date longer than the duration of the selected financing method. The Alma payment method is only applicable to individuals of legal age. This payment method is only available on the web.
If for any reason payment cannot be made, the order will be cancelled without any liability on our part.
In case of payment by credit card, you will access a dedicated area provided by a banking institution, which guarantees the security and registration of the payment order. All transactions made on the Website are secure.
Invoice:
The User agrees that Naan Furniture will send the proof of purchase by email, to the address provided by the User. In addition, the User may request in any case a copy of the invoice at the address customers@naanfurniture.com .
Delivery:
Once the order leaves the warehouse, the User will receive an email. If you do not receive this email, we recommend that you check your spam folder and, if it is not there, contact us as soon as possible at customers@naanfurniture.com .
Deliveries are made through the shipping company UPS. Delivery is made to the delivery address indicated during the ordering process, specifying that it must be the address of your residence or any other physical person of your choice. Naan Furniture is not responsible if a package is lost or stolen at the time of delivery.
UPS will send an email notifying the User of the day of delivery with a time slot (this time slot is approximate). Naan Furniture is not responsible in case of non-compliance. But it will always help the User to find the best solution.
The delivery times indicated on the Website are indicative, corresponding to processing and delivery times. Naan Furniture cannot be held responsible for any consequences due to a delay in delivery that is not its fault.
You must ensure that you have provided accurate and complete information on the delivery address (street number, staircase, building, etc.).
The transport agency will make the delivery at your home address, always in the presence of the customer or the person responsible in your place. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a note or contact the User to arrange the best delivery time, provided it is within working hours.
Upon receipt of the order, the User must check, in the presence of the delivery person, the condition of the packages. If any of them is damaged, it should be noted on the delivery note and communicated to Naan Furniture as soon as possible via email customers@naanfurniture.com .
Availability:
In case of unavailability of the product after the order has been placed the User will be informed by email of the cancellation of the order.
Return policy:
If for any reason the User is not satisfied with his purchase, he has a period of 30 calendar days, counting from the date of receipt of the order, to return it (Law 7/1996 of January 15, 1996 on the Regulation of Retail Trade).
In order to make a return, the order must be returned at the customer's expense in the same condition in which it was sent in order to receive a full refund. This includes:
- The original packaging
- The box
- The furniture with all its parts, hardware, etc.
- Any items included in the box (invoice, sample, instructions etc).
We reserve the right to return a damaged item and not refund your money if the outer packaging is not in good condition.
To request a return, you must contact customer service via this email (customers@naanfurniture.com) with the following information:
- E-mail address used in the order.
- Order number (beginning with “#”)
- The products you wish to return
- The reason for the return and any additional comments.
Shipping costs will be borne by the customer by sending the order to the following address:

Product defective or damaged during transport
Before opening a product, the User must verify the conformity and condition of the packaging and that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated on the delivery note. If the product has been damaged during transport, it is imperative that the User notes this on the carrier's delivery note.
In the event that the User is not satisfied with the condition of the products delivered, he/she should immediately contact Naan Furniture by email to customers@naanfurniture.com as soon as possible after receipt of the order.
In the event that the product is defective or has arrived damaged, Naan Furniture will offer the User a solution as soon as possible.
Exchange
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. In any case, please feel free to contact customer service at customers@naanfurniture.com .
Refund policy:
Upon receipt of the merchandise and after verifying its correct condition, Naan Furniture will contact you to notify you that the returned item has been received, in addition to notifying you of the approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, we will proceed to refund the amount of the product to the customer by the same means by which the payment was made, deducting the initial shipping costs.
Customs duties and taxes payable to the customs authorities by the buyer (e.g. United Kingdom or United States) are never refunded.
Warranty:
The warranty of Naan Furniture products is for a period of 2 years from the date of receipt of the item. If you have purchased the products after January 1, 2022, the warranty period will be 3 years. Naan Furniture is responsible for any defect of origin of the product.
The warranty does not cover the following cases:
- Transport, accidents, improper uses and other damages not due to the normal use of the product by the User after delivery of the goods.
- Transport of the product without the original packaging.
- Burns, cuts, scrapes, scratches or other damage caused by animals or improper use of the product.
- Use or contact with chemical products (acids, solvents, dyes, paint, ammonia, lacquers or other hairdressing products, etc.) or treatment with non-indicated cleaning products.
- Deterioration of the color by exposure of the product to the action of sunlight or other heat sources.
- Indirect losses of any kind.
- Personal and/or material damage caused by the User's failure to comply with the rules and instructions given by Naan Furniture for the installation, use and maintenance of the product.
Force majeure:
We shall not be liable if the failure or delay of the obligations under this contract is due to a circumstance of force majeure, including general strikes, territorial strikes, floods, fire, pandemic etc.
Data protection:
Naan Furniture guarantees the protection of personal data in accordance with current regulations. The data will be used only for order management and commercial communications, with the consent of the customer.
Customer obligations:
The User undertakes at all times to provide truthful information about the data requested in the user registration forms of order placement, and to keep them updated at all times.
The customer agrees to accept all the provisions and conditions contained in these General Conditions of Sale.
Dispute resolution, applicable law and jurisdiction
If the customer has a problem with the purchase procedure, the product he/she has received is defective, or he/she wants to assert his/her post-sale warranty rights (see section), he/she can contact our team through the Customer Service department by sending an email to customers@naanfurniture.com .
If it is still not possible to reach an agreement and/or to satisfy you with our answers, you can proceed to file a legal claim
In addition, in the event of any legal dispute, it is agreed to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the city of Valencia (Spain).
In any case, these Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with Spanish law.
Modification of the conditions of sale:
We reserve the right to make changes to our Website, our policies and these T&Cs, at any time.
You will be bound by the terms and conditions, policies and Conditions of Sale in effect at the time you place your order, unless, by law or by requirement of public authorities, a change must be made to such terms and conditions, policies or these Conditions of Sale (in which case, such changes may apply to any orders you have previously placed).
If any of these conditions shall be declared invalid, void or for any reason unenforceable, such condition shall be deemed severed without such declaration affecting the validity or enforceability of the remaining conditions.
