Shipping and returns
How will my order arrive
All furniture is shipped disassembled and correctly packaged. To facilitate assembly, the necessary fittings and screws will be sent with the furniture. The furniture is delivered with the assembly instructions. The transport agency will make the delivery at the door, always in the presence of the customer or the person responsible in his place. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, no problem. The carrier will leave you a note or contact you to arrange the best delivery time, as long as it is within working hours. When you receive the product we would be grateful if you could check that all the packages are in order. If any of them are damaged, please note it on the delivery note.
Orden return
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have a period of 30 calendar days, counting from the date of receipt of the order, to return it (Law 7/1996, of January 15, 1996 on the Regulation of Retail Trade). Shipping costs are to be paid by the customer. To do this, you must send the product in perfect condition, with its original packaging to:

Once the goods have been received, and after verifying their correct condition, we will proceed to refund the amount of the product to the customer by the same means by which the payment was made, deducting the initial shipping costs.
Delivery time
You will receive your order within a period of approximately 20 days from the completion of the payment. But we will try to make it as soon as possible :)
Tariffs and customs duties
Buyers will pay the tariffs and customs duties applicable in countries outside the European Union.
Order tracking
How it works?
When your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email to inform you that it is in the process of being delivered. In addition, we will give you the tracking number of the transport agency, so you can follow the process of your shipment from their website.
Warranty
What's included?
The guarantee of our products is for a period of 2 years from the date of receipt of the article. We take care of any defect of origin of the product, we repair it or replace it with another one.
What is not included?
The warranty does not cover deficiencies caused by improper use of the product, nor of components subject to wear and tear due to normal use of the item.
